When you contact me
The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number and message so I can respond and discuss translation services. Processing is based on steps taken at your request before a contract, or the legitimate interest in answering other enquiries. Your IP address is used for spam prevention and request limits; if you allow reCAPTCHA, it is also sent to Google for verification. Messages are sent by email and are not entered into a separate contact database by this website. After an unsuccessful submission, form data may be kept temporarily in the server session to restore your entries.
Who receives the information
Your enquiry is received by the website contact person. Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver and protect the website and messages. Google receives data only when you allow an embedded service or follow a link to Google. Social links take you to the respective providers, whose own privacy policies apply.
How long information is kept
Enquiries and related correspondence are kept for the time needed to answer and handle the request. Correspondence relating to a contract may be kept for applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion; information still needed for a legal obligation or a dispute may have to be retained.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent to optional Google services through Cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out on the basis of your consent.
Cookies and local storage
Essential storage supports the session, form security and functions you explicitly request. It is separate from optional Google services.

localStorage is not sent with HTTP requests. Expired or invalid consent records are removed when the website next reads them. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser.
Optional Google services
Google Maps and reCAPTCHA are disabled until you allow the relevant service. Google may receive your IP address, browser and device details and use its own cookies, including _GRECAPTCHA for verification. Google controls their retention periods. Its processing may take place outside the European Economic Area; details are available in the Google policies below. reCAPTCHA is loaded through recaptcha.net to reduce unrelated Google cookies.
Change or withdraw your choice
Open Cookie settings from the footer or the button below. Accept, reject or choose each service separately. Disabling a service removes its embedded content; withdrawing reCAPTCHA consent reloads the page to stop its scripts. Cookies already set by Google must be cleared in your browser. The website remains available, and you can contact me by email or phone without enabling Google services.
